The scientific program will be structured around fifteen short communications (15 ’+ 5) covering the three topics of the GDR:
1. Isolated molecular systems
2. Molecular systems in intense electromagnetic fields 
3. Molecular systems with open boundaries.
 
In addition, a special session will be devoted to Machine Learning (Tuesday morning, 1 opening conference + 5 short communications)
and social topic will be addressed in another special session (Wednesday afternoon).
A round table about the GDR renewal will take place on Tuesday late afternoon.
